Element Materials Technology (Element) is pleased to announce the appointment of Janet White as Executive Vice President (EVP) Digital Transformation, joining Element’s Executive Team on 24 February 2020.
In this newly created role, Janet will develop a robust set of digital priorities, leveraging data, automation, AI, and practical IoT solutions to enhance Element’s customers’ experience, drive value through internal transformation and deliver growth with digital offerings to enhance our competitive advantage.
Janet is a global leader in digital transformation with 30 years’ experience across business transformation, strategy and account leadership. Janet joins Element from IBM where she has held several roles since 2005, working in a range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, industrial products, electronics and telecommunications. Prior to IBM, Janet worked for British Airways and held roles in IT management, global change program management and business intelligence for 15 years.
