Element offers UKAS accredited asbestos air testing services backed with years of industry expertise. To evaluate the concentration of airborne asbestos fibers, our technicians draw a measured volume of air from your environment through a membrane filter which captures any airborne fibers. They then mount this filter on a microscope slide and render it transparent for evaluation under phase-contrast microscopy. Our experts then count the fibers present on the filter to determine if the concentration of asbestos in the air is at a safe level.
